The shipment of your product is our highest priority, and everyday we dispatch hundreds of products to satisfied customers across the world. However, because the majority of our warehouses are internationally-based our shipping and handling times can vary and we are therefore unable to offer next day delivery.
Processing time: Once your payment is confirmed, your order is sent to our suppliers for verification, customization, quality inspection, and packaging. This process typically takes an additional 1–4 business days before shipment.
Shipping time: This represents the duration required for your order to travel from our suppliers’ warehouses to your destination, which usually takes 7–14 business days.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to check your order status anytime through our [Tracking Page]. Please note that while most of our carriers provide tracking updates, we cannot guarantee it in all cases.
